Kathy’s expertise lies in interior design and staging homes. Like many stay-at-home moms, she quickly found herself wrapped up in home improvement projects until it became her full-time career.
In 1999, she launched her business Creative Living Spaces, LLC with a focus on faux painting and kitchen design. Along with her husband, Bernie, and Marian, Kathy has contributed in the flipping of 20+ homes in the Pittsburgh area.
In 2015, Kathy expanded her role as a real estate agent with her life-long friend, Marian, at #1 Choice Real Estate.
